Reverse Advent Calendar: Food Box Delivery

The Friends Justice & Missions Ministry is asking that your family consider participating in a Reverse Advent Calendar. The purpose is to assist our neighbors who may be experiencing hunger. Each day during advent, have your family add an item to a food box (or boxes if you really want to go big!). Between Dec. 19 and Dec. 22nd deliver your Advent Food Box to the porch of Friends Church. Boxes will be stored inside Friends. We will give out the boxes on Wed. Dec. 23rd at Peace Lutheran. (The BV Food Bank, our regular supplier, is closed the entire week of Christmas, so we are hoping this food will help tide over our friends who come regularly for food.
