Seeking God thru Sunday School

At 9:15 a.m:

All 3 three children’s classes will use the curriculum Seasons of the Spirit curriculum. It follows the Revised Common Lectionary so it integrates worship and education. It strives to be global, inclusive, and ecumenical. It encourages children to engage their imaginations. It utilizes the arts to explore the beauty, truth, and spirit of humanity, and of God.


Classes by age group & grades:

Jr High & High School Youth
At 9:15 a.m:

Along with the younger age groups, the youth classes will use the curriculum Seasons of the Spirit curriculum. It follows the Revised Common Lectionary so it integrates worship and education. It strives to be global, inclusive, and ecumenical. It promotes the development of leadership skills and encourages young people to serve in the local and global ministries of the church.

The aim of the Social Justice class is to explore how our spiritual beliefs inform our daily life and our interactions with the world. We are interested in how religious teachings from the past 2,000 years are interpreted and applied in modern society. Class discussion is wide-ranging and often irreverent, but we try to keep these questions in mind:
